I had a 2014, now have a 2017 Overland. Granted I haven’t kept them long, but I’ve had zero repairs or issues on either vehicle. And I love the size and look of them.

Loved my GC but just ditched it for a Q7. The GC needs an upgrade bad on the interior, I’ll probably get another when the redesign roles out in 2021/2022

Had an '02 many years back when it was a few years old. Had alot of stupid little things break on it like window actuator, driver seat motor, sun roof. Mine turned out to be a low mileage good looking money pit.

My sister has an '18 and it is very nice. I'm not sure which custom package she has but there haven't been any problems that I'm aware of.

Wife got a 2018 last year and I hate it. They have zero legroom. Very cramped. Much smaller than i expected.

If you are over 6' you'll hate it (unless you dont mind having no backseat from having to slide the driver seat as far back as possible).

If i could do it again, I'd get the Armada.

2015 Overland with 70K miles ... not a single issue. Love the ride and I’ve had several passengers that say it is a more comfortable ride than most other SUVs they’ve ridden in.

Have a 2007 with 189,000 on the odometer, very dependable daily driver. Leather interior, sunroof, limited edition and very comfortable drive. No complaints from me. 6 cylinder with shitty gas mileage, 19 mpg.

I have an old Jeep Commander.

It consumes a lot of gas but has been dependable.

I dont find this to be the case at all.. I’m 6’1” and have zero issues with legroom.. again though, mine’s a 2012, not 2018- but I can’t imagine they’ve reduced the legroom with newer models(?). Also i rarely have someone riding in the backseat, so sliding my seat back isn’t a issue, but the few times someone has ridden in the seat behind me they seemed to have plenty of room.

I had a 2006 that was totaled (resulting in me getting a 2012)- but yeah, mine was super dependable but drank gas like nobody’s business.. good news is, they’ve improved that with succeeding generations; they still aren’t exactly fuel efficient, but at least you can’t see the fuel gauge needle actually moving as you’re driving down the road.. and on long road trips, i’ve averaged 24 mpg with the 2012, and with the 25 gallon tank it has, you can go basically all the way from Houston to NOLA with a full tank, without stopping to fill up once.

Also Jeep is releasing some hybrid and plug in electric models in the next couple years, i know for sure on the Wrangler, and i think on the new Grand Cherokees and Grand Wagoneer, but I haven’t seen much info on that lately, so not sure.

I'm 6-1 and I hit my head getting in, fine once I'm inside. It's the wifes car, 2015 overland. Had to put a new radiator in it at about 100,000. the gear shifter sucks Other than that the wife loves it

As much as I prefer Toyota to Chrysler, 4Runner interiors have traditionally been embarrassing.

The 4Runner's interior is extremely dated and has a ton of plastic (not shocking). With that being said, you can't beat the resale value on a 4Runner.

Have the Overland package. Beautiful when cleaned up, but every other month something is going bad with it.

I don’t have anything to tow, and Jeeps get a little better gas mileage.

Might want to research this some because yuh are way off.

My truck gets 20 mpg.
A Jeep will get 12 mpg for a V8 and 17 mpg for a V6.
