Anyone had items hauled away?

What is the usual cost for hauling shite away.
Have some shite that has been sitting in the basement, and it gotta go. old treadmill, old computer chairs, etc.

Those Craigslist curbside ads are funny. They'll post a pic of a pile of shite and say "come and get it". I always imagine the desperate bastards who are racing to the scene to score a broken lawn chair and a rusty skillet.
