For those of you who might have been born too late to really see Conway's genius, the most amazing thing about that is that he's the only one who knows what he's going to do. He'd rehearse on script and when they went to tape, they'd do two performances of all the skits live-to-tape in front of a studio audience. They didn't do take after take to get it right.
