I normally only mildly get allergies, but this year they seem to be pretty bad.

Yes but the bigger issue for me is my car is constantly covered in pollen. I'm tired of cleaning it off.

Today is the best I’ve felt since Sunday.

Yesterday I thought I was going to suffocate

Haven't bothered me yet. Mine are usually worse in the fall. I know someone who recently broke out in full body hives after being outside on a bad pollen day.

Yep. For us here in Kentucky, it didn’t stay cold enough long enough to keep shite at bay. Gonna be a long season.

Flonase for the win...it has worked wonders for me the last few years. March and April used to be brutal on my allergies.

And you don't even need a prescription for it any more. You can get the Walgreen's generic brand for about $14 if you have a Walgreens customer card.

This year has been the worst that I can remember. I can handle a little congestion but the dry, itchy eyes are killing me. I'm using Claritin D twice a day and allergy eye drops when it gets really bad.

Tree pollen very hight this time of year. That pine pollen is actually not very allergenic...but is indicative of all the other pollens you can't see that are messing everyone up. Best strategy to take and anti-histamine and a nasal steroid DAILY until pollen counts go back down. You can check local pollen levels on weather.com and other sites....

At least you have plenty of time to clean it

I used to take claritin then I switched to the generic CVS brand and found it worked better.

I've never tried Flonase, but I want to. I had a terrible burning reaction from Afrin once so I'm terrified of nose sprays. It took hours for the burning in my nose/back of my throat to go away. Even my teeth hurt.

Was in Nola City Park Sunday to see the girlfriend finish the half-marathon.
My son and I were pretty miserable by the time we left. Both of us have been stopped up, sore throat, coughing and sneezing since the weekend.
