I did. It leaked 2 weeks later. In the spot where I told them it would leak because they didn't use the same size plywood when they cut out the leaky spot. True Story.

Did the roof on one of my rental properties right before I sold it.
Not sure how it's held up, but they got the insurance company to pay for most of the cost despite me getting told No by the adjuster the previous year.

The foreman over the job acted extremely surprised when I made the phone call. And I had to chuckle at his "surprise." He responded like a good company man should I guess. I met him on the roof when they came to repair the location. The other spot they repaired initially was sunk in from the mismatched plywood and I had to be very insistent before they re-did that location. The sad part is that I am far from an experienced "fixer upper" homeowner and I recognized the folly of their initial work.

They also promote Garcia Roofing and Ryson Roofing. Might as well get quotes from all 3.

Yes and did a good job. No complaints after a year but it was a simple removal and replace
