Anyone ever tried Alpha Brain?

Have two exams coming up, and need something to help me focus. Want to stay away from the adderall route, because of random drug tests at work, and the risks associated with taking adderall. So does anyone have any experience with this supplement, or any recommendations to help me focus better?

No, people who OD on fentanyl, go the adderall route, which I will not go down. People have to buy addy through drug dealers, which increase the odds of it being laced with fentanyl, while Alpha Brain is approved and sold in stores.

Tried it. Works ok. I ordered more after the first bottle. Don’t expect amazing results.

It is B vitamins, amino acids, and herbal supplements.
It helps a little bit, but honestly it's a rip off.
I got it as a hot deal on Amazon while it was half price for a few hours, so I took a shot on it to test it out.
Like I said, might help a little with focus but not worth the full price, which is something like $40 for 30 capsules.
"Suggested Use" has you taking 2 a day. I was doing 1/day. So maybe if you go all out with it as directed, it would help more.
But that's $40 for 15 days. Might be ok for your temporary purposes but as a regular daily routine, way too expensive.

Vitamin I've loved that helps me have better mental energy is Alive Whole Food Men's Energy.
It's dehydrated whole fruits, vegetables, etc. that are ground into a pill. I notice a difference if I don't take it.
You can pair it with other stuff like lions mane or aminos.

Nothing works like a true upper, so don't even try to match that with supplements.
