I dated a woman who was 7 years older than me. Her father was the Forward Commander of XVIII Airborne in Desert Shield. He was retired 2 Star and doing defense consulting for the Saudi Royal Family when she and I started dating. He was one of the most interesting men I had ever met and was a true class act. His daughter was a true Southern Belle and a very classy woman. She dumped me after 8 months I think primarily because I didn’t mesh with her social standing. She ran in some elitist circles and I was just a preppy country guy. She was a former homecoming queen at UT and the VP of the Atlanta Junior league and I was a construction materials sales manager and a 8th grade football coach. LOL. Was fun to see how the socialites live for a while but I was tossed back to the other side of the tracks.

When i was 23, i dated a 34 year old and at that stage of my life it was obvious we were at 2 completely different points of our lives.
It was fun for a while but the age difference ended up being a huge factor so it obviously ended.
No in my late 30s, i wouldn’t see it being a big difference.

Thru school, always went after older women. Older always put out. I once I hooked up with my wife, that was it. 3 years younger then me.
