Been going through about a bottle of tequila per week.

What's weird is that I've only been drinking monday through friday lol. For whatever reason I haven't had a drop of alcohol on the weekends since this all started.

Got sober 3 years ago, been very grateful for that during the last few weeks. Getting paid to stay home for weeks would have resulted in hangovers, regrets, and terrible choices. Cheers, y’all!

congrats

But I’ve gotta ask - what terrible choices would’ve happened at home? You’ve piqued my interest

Thanks! The scenario I’m sure would play out—and I’ve thought about this a good bit over the past few weeks—I’d have a strong buzz on (more likely drunk) and run out of booze. Off to the store I’d drive. That kind of choice.

Put down the bottle. Join me in worshiping the Lord who suffered so greatly during this Holy Week.

The transformation of water into wine at the Marriage at Cana or Wedding at Cana is the first miracle attributed to Jesus in the Gospel of John.

Jesus turned water into wine. Not just any wine but the very best wine because he wanted people to enjoy themselves at a wedding in Cana.

I’ll follow his lead
Think I’ll just stay here and drink!

As soon as I can get to pimp stick paradise, I'll begin my dissent into alcoholism.

I ran into my personal physician at Specs (liquor store)yesterday, it was kind of odd.

Heard on the radio that liquor stores remain open in Texas so alcoholics don't go nuts and take up hospital beds.

Yeah, lots of drinking going on in our house.

We’ve been doing weekly produce orders so we’ve had tons of fresh fruit, which has led to some great margaritas.
