Of course yall are correct but it’s interesting that crime is supposedly lower now. You’d think it would be worse with the much worse music being mainstream.

Exactly. Mainstream rap in 2000s was mainly club/crunk genre hip hop. There was gangster rap, yes, but it wasn't mainstream.

My daughter has been acting "Urban"
Seen more than a urinal at Bayou Classic Fest
I cant even look at her anymore, more than a second before it starts to sting.
Worst part is she acts like shes changing the world. But in reality just ruining mine.
When she ends up in a rap video shes out.

Well, African immigrants don't seem to have this culture when they first get here. As a police officer, I've dealt with African parents who explicitly state that they don't want their kids hanging out with American blacks due to this culture. If it didn't come from Africa, then where did it come from?

We get the absolute best of the bunch from Africa. 95% of them would never cut it in America and will never have the opportunity to live here.

My son. Knuckle head likes to talk loud and gesticulate. Basketball is the sport he gravitated to so it’s expected IMO. But I make sure to let him know often that NOBODY will think it’s cool out of his circle. And talking that was as a man will get him nowhere.
