My wife had the aches and chills on Sunday/Monday but had no other symptoms than normal allergies. She is the type of person who never naps during the day and she took 2 on Sunday and one on Monday. She is perfectly fine and back to normal other than her normal allergy reaction but good god it scared me.

I was checking her for a fever and shortness of breath for every 10 minutes. It scared the crap out of me but I feel like I am becoming more and more like a hypochondriac. Not sure what I’m going to do when my kids falls and breaks his arm and we have to go to the hospital.

Have a beer. Worrying solves nothing, and stress impairs judgement.

The other night I had shortness of breath.

Turns out I had too much crawfish and beer and my belly was pushing on my lungs

I think I may have had it, albeit a very minor case about two weeks ago.

Never ran a fever but was constantly going back and forth from hot to cold, had a cough, would get winded just from moving around for a minute and the weirdest was the back/kidney pain which I recently read is a symptom of it.

I think everyone is a little on edge right now. Every ache and pain will be scrutinized. Even those of us who are healthy don't want to feel like shite for two weeks.

Mine was more of a pocketbook scare. A co-worker developed symptoms and all 9 other people that were in a recent meeting with him were quarantined until his test results came back. TBH I was worried that he would test positive and I might have gotten it, but I was as worried that I might be home for multiple weeks with no paycheck. All good though. Ended up with a 4 day weekend and ended up not even having to use vacation.

Buddy of mine was traveling in Europe when they imposed the travel ban and has been back for 3 weeks. He started having body aches and cold sweats. (never ran fever) He went and got tested, just got his results back today and he was positive for the Big C. Literally no other symptoms other than body aches and cold sweats.

Everyone at some point has had a pause at least once and thought they had it for one reason or another.

Who knows. Maybe we did, maybe we didn’t. Maybe we go frick ourselves.
