Anyone else get annoyed that there are sign language people at emergency pressers?

I assume this is for a TV audience but doesn’t closed captioning exist?

I’m willing to bet there’s more people who appreciate it than you’d think. A lot of the people who sign use it to help in other ways. I know the guy who does it for warren drake helps deaf kids in class.
