Apparently this guy car-jacked someone in NOLA. Story on Reddit, figured I'd help the OP there out.
So here's everyone's chance. Solve a NOLA crime. Show Mitch how it's done.

Does geo location work on the cloud? Or only on the device on which the photo was taken if geo location was turned/left on?
