I am getting bombarded with Facebook ads featuring these balls. They claim to be a cheaper high performance golf ball. They are $25/dozen if you buy 5+ dozen ($35 if you just get one dozen), so not exactly a huge savings compared to other high level balls. This makes me think they are trying to compete with the ProV level, so I'm skeptical.

Any user experiences?

I've never used them, but I have read up on them a decent amount. They are supposed to be a pretty high level ball, and a lot of balls are made in the same factories so I can believe it. Their deal is they are direct to consumer so they are able to be a little cheaper.

Guys on Reddit love them along with the Costco K-sigs. I'm sure someone on there or on golfwrx or mygolfspy has done a comparison to industry standards like the ProV1 if you search.

They do have a cool logo and packaging and are starting to branch out to accessories and apparel. I found one of their balls on the course last time I played...but I'm not good enough to tell anyone if it is or isn't a good ball. I'll probably end up donating it back to the course on a wayward tee shot.

Pretty good. I played a round with one before I lost it and was impressed. Really good with wedges into the green.

I bought 5 dozen of the Pro+ which they compare to the ProV1x. I was pretty pleased with the performance, particularly for the price. At $25 which is about half the price of a box of ProV1x's I will definitely stick with the Vice ball. I typically shoot mid-high 80's so I'm not as picky as someone with a lower handicap. I thought the spin around the greens was comparable. Distance off the tee was the same as well but I felt the Vice ball did lack some feel off the tee. I liked the costco ball better but they are tough to find.

I bought their sample box a few months back. The Pro and Pro+ were pretty good but I wouldn't say they are as good as the Titleist ProV1/x that I usually play with. the performance was there with the Vice balls, but they seemed less durable to me. For the price they are worth it IMO, shipping takes awhile though since they ship from Germany I think

I've played the Pro+ the last year or so after trying a sleeve a friend gave me. Previously played ProV1x but don't notice any real dropoff in performance. 10 hdcp for reference.

If you are a 10 handicap, makes no sense to buy a "high performance" ball.

Not trying to insult your skill, but no need to spend $30 - $35 a dozen.

I appreciate your concern. As someone previously stated, the Pro+ balls are $25 a dozen when you order 5. Is it acceptable to spend $25 a dozen as a 10? Is there a chart I can reference for future decisions as my hdcp updates?

Depends on swing speed, spin, etc.

I am around a 10, but have a very high swing speed and a very vertical impact. The high performance balls really make a difference. I used to be a low single digit handicap though.

I always get Pro-Vx's as gifts so I have several dozen, but I have really liked some Bridgestone products lately. The 330 and the e6 are both balls I wouldn't bitch about playing with.

Haven't hit Vice yet, but the Kirkland balls are every bit as good as ProV's. Impossible to find though.

Unless you are a 5 handicap or lower the ball isn't going to make that much difference.

OR maybe he doesn't sweat over paying 45 bucks a dozen for balls. Good grief.

This is the favorite snarky comment made by all scratch/former college golfers i play with.

frick off.

I'm not a GQ model but still prefer a nice suit over JosaBank.

I get your point, and I am certainly no where near even a 15 handicap, but it's a little different than just liking nice shite. Hitting a high spin ball like the Pro V1 will exaggerate mishits for high handicap golfers. Slices become slicier and hooks become hookier. It's reall not recommended to game Pro V1's just 'cause.
