I was sick two weeks ago. Threw up all in my truck. I get over it. Then yesterday I’m catching fever and chills and body aches. Fever seems to be gone. I don’t know what this shite is.

Silly goose. There’s no such thing as the flu. Remember the numbers for the last two years?

Might make your symptoms a little less if they guess right on the strain.
I got the flu at the beginning of 2020 for the first time and I had a flu shot and it still sucked arse

I’ve been seeing this a lot lately and frick them. Give me some medicine. Steroid shot, prescription cough suppressant, there are things to ease my illness.

I caught what I call "day care"disease from my grandkids. You know you walk in their house to see them and they have snotty, runny noses and their parents are hacking. Problem is at my more or less advanced age I get their shite and it knocks me on my arse. I'm coughing and wheezing right now and have been for a week. Second time this year I've had it. Got it from the South Carolina grandkids three months ago and from the Austin grand kids two weeks ago. Told my wife if my grandkids don't get well I'll stop visiting them or I'll risk death.

Found out yesterday my 8 year-old nephew has it. We were at his birthday party two days prior and he seemed absolutely fine. We were given the heads-up in case we started feeling sick. Literally half of his class was home sick yesterday.

Someone in my house has been sick since October 1. Flu, RSV, and Ear infection have all been confirmed along with a sprinkling of sinus and stomach infections.
First year my kids have been in school/preschool so it’s not a complete surprise but the wife and I have been sicker than the kids. Just miserable.

Nobody at my house has it but about half of my coworkers are out sick or at home with sick kids.

Covid and flu A are raging right now. Covid patients have sinus / ear pressure, low grade fever, sniffles, who gives a frick!? Take some ibuprofen and benadryl and stop whining. The flu patients look like absolute shite. Worst flu I've seen in years. Doesn't matter if they had a flu shot; they are still sick as shite with 103 fever, vomiting, bronchitis. They look fricking miserable.

A few weeks ago a co-worker had the flu, which turned into bronchitis, which then turned into pneumonia. Missed 2 1/2 weeks of work. Ended up in the hospital and they said they honestly felt like they were going to die. I believe it. They also got their flu shot prior to getting sick.

A simple mask in schools would eliminate the flu
yes, masking seems to be the cure to everything. Worked so well in the past.

My daughter had Flu A the week of Thanksgiving. My son has been sick with fever for 4 days now but does not have the flu.
Our pediatrician told me there is a non-flu virus going around that is just as bad as the flu. The waiting room was the most crowded I've ever seen it.

Had it last week... Tamiflu actually made it worse for me. Fever was the worst part.

I'm in Blanchard, just north of Shreveport. Started coughing Saturday and felt terrible Sunday morning. Went to Quick Care and I tested positive for Covid. I had Covid in 2020, and was vaxxed and boosted in 2021. The symptoms this time are worse than in 2020, but are not lasting as long. frick Fauci and the Chinese.

I have two guys out with it right now. And these are not office guys. One covers a territory in North Alabama, the other the Florida Panhandle.

I've recycled this damn thing 4 times now in the last 4 months. I don't know what the hell is going on this year.
