Anybody got a few relatives that make a dish every year for holidays and nobody eats it?

I feel bad but every year I have a few family members who always makes a dish, casserole, or dessert and nobody eats it. The other half of me wonders if they know nobody eats it, why keep making it every year.

Greenbean casserole. I wouldn't eat that shite if I was dying of hunger.

Green beans, cream of mushroom, mozzarella cheese, topped with fried onions? That’s the way we make it and it’s amazing

Had a Great Aunt that would always bring a cake to family birthday parties and no-one ever ate any of it. Dad said her cakes were horrible but I had to try it. Dont know how anyone can f up cake but it was the nastiest thing I have ever tried.

I used to make homemade macaroni & cheese for Xmas dinners at the office and nobody ate it. After the 4th year in a row, I said "frick it."

Can’t handle that stuff - or cream of chicken - anymore. I still use recipes that call for them, but make my own bechamel.
I’m not sure if Campbell’s changed the formula or what, but the taste is unmistakable and nasty.

That, sir, is an aspic. An aspic is like Jell-O, but savory. Hogshead cheese and souse are examples... as is that thing you posted LOL.

Wife’s aunt makes homemade cranberry sauce. It’s unbelievably tart.
Give me the canned stuff any day.

Green bean casserole is fine. Why in the ever loving frick people decide to completely ruin it by putting in those small white round crunchy abominations I'll never know. They ruin any dish they're in

Onion and apple casserole. Had a girlfriend who’s mom had that junk every year. It’s grosser than it sounds.

My wife cooks two things I don't care for. But, she cooks alternatives.
