Kinda like episodes in a TV show it feels like? Same (fictional) place and same storyline with recurring themes but not the same exact dream everytime

Funny you post this…. I had this occur to me a few years ago. Can’t remember the details any longer but thought it was very strange

No but lately I have been having some wild ones.

Earlier this week I was dreaming about fighting off japs in ww2. Last night it was the Germans. A thrilling dream really. My dad was there with me. We were in a city setting with bombed out buildings. A stalemate of sorts between sides.

I used to drive a ton for work when I was young.

At some point, the series of dreams basically created a system of roads that were familiar in each dream as I drove, expanding parts of the map.

It was like zelda, opening different areas of a region, with each dream expanding the map from freeway to mountain roads to desert bluffs. All around one big city.

I have reoccurring airplane crash dreams. I had one last night. I also dream often that I can fly. The crashes are disturbing.

Sure, my series from hell is the math final exam.
I dream the exam is tomorrow and I have not study any, barely went to any of the lectures and now realize there is no way in hell I can cram it all.
What a relief to wake up, biggest high to know it was a dream!!

I always have these dreams I'm at the camp, find the perfect hunting spot, and I either forget my gun, not have any shells, or never can get the gun out the case... Weird, I know.

Eh, I’ve had multiple dreams that took place at the same location throughout the years. It’s a version of the campus where I went to college. The dreams are always different.

All the time and no drugs or alcohol, just a mind that has a warped sense of humor.

Yes, I do and it revolves around living in a giant house with guests milling around but the house is in a state of repair. Repairs including replacing walls, plumbing, leaky roofing, etc. just a frustrating recurring dream with similar scenarios and different people in it. There are side stories that pop off of this main theme.
