Use the lettuce to wipe all of the frommunda cheese out of your arse crack. Replace the lettuce.
Lift the salad up, then put pubes on the bottom. Replace the salad.
Set up a Gopro. Take the video of the lunch thief to HR.

I’ll never understand why people do this. One place I worked at years ago had this problem. They ended up putting cameras in the break room. One guy got caught and had to apologize in front of the entire office and warehouse staff. It was a grown arse man apologizing in front of about 30 people for stealing lunches out of the fridge. I imagine that guy cringes everytime he thinks of that moment.

You got to take advantage.. You got to fix up something that is going to sting when they take a bit. Don't think about how you might miss it, think about how you might get to see it or others will get to witness it and tell you about it.

No it would be way better to frick with them. If you actually press charges everyone at work would hate you. If you made him shite his pants with ex lax everyone would laugh and think they got what he deserved.

Ideas?
I thought about a Carolina reaper dry rub and mixing it in, but that feels like the fast track to HR

Sprinkle weed on the salad then tell hr you saw him smoking pot at work. Drug test will rid you of that problem.

It's all in what reaction you want to get.
I like the immediate reaction of the peppers.
Some would get more satisfaction from waiting a little while for a laxative to kick in.
Peppers seem safer as you could just claim that's how you eat it. Laxitive would take more 'splainin to HR.
You could always do both

I stopped bringing food to the office after a guy I worked with stick his finger down his arse crack and would go in the fridge and rub the finger on people he didn't like food.

Find laxative in a powder. Place double dose all over salad under the first layer of lettuce. And mix in with dressing.
Then have something else for lunch and see who goes home early around 3.
