Dude you really need to work on your diet. If you’re just randomly puking in the morning, that’s your diet. Let me guess you’re 50+ lbs overweight also? If you keep eating like this you’re going to die.

Yes, I oversee a team of 22 (was 46 just 3 months ago, thanks Covid) and some of them act like school children.
They tell, but then say ‘but don’t say I told you’ amd some of this I have too. I tell them in advance, he’s gonna know it’s you so you need to decide if you want this addressed or not, or I just address it amd tell them to be prepared, depending on the issue.
You can’t work overnight with 2 other people amd an even happen with one of them and expect me to play the ‘I can tell from the reports’ or ‘a user complained’ role.
I had to deal with it yesterday but I was able to avoid how I found out about, but one dude definitely told on his friend and fellow SME for being a lazy arse.
Back in the day, in restaurant management, it was all day everyday. 20 year old acting like elementary children.

Those kinda people need to be approached personally and publicly. Tear her a new a-hole.

it won't stop without a confrontation with management in the room

Plant meth in her desk at lunch. Call police. Profits.

Members of management get as tired of this shite as you do, because they have to hear it all day long...don’t sweat over it.

If she’d asked me she would’ve known I have really bad acid reflux and after I puked felt great and ready to take on the day.
You sound weak

start off your next meeting with her in it with the safety topic "acid reflux in the workplace" and call her out.

we had a woman that would report people for dress code violations, despite our office being a casual office - but she would report it from a yahoo account she created with the company name on it - which turned out to be a HUGE no no, and she got fired.

File a complaint with HR that she is stalking you
Every time she goes to HR you prove your point

Do you work in a daycare where you are the only adult?
Posted on 10/6/20 at 8:47 am to Hawgnsincebirth55
One idiot in our office likes to tattle whenever he can. Hate him so much.

We had some issues at work in reference to some of that.
I explained that everyone in the room is an adult and spends more time with coworkers than they do their family. Grow the F up and just talk to the person. Stop running to bosses because something bothers you.
3 different women said they didn’t appreciate me speaking to everyone like they were kids. I said well, whining to the bosses is the same thing as kids whining to their parents.
I got fussed at by the big boss but he also said, i was right and wished more people would act their age and just watch how i deliver my message

Just had one this past Friday come to me in the lunchroom about one of my guys. Apparently his son came in to bring him lunch and she wanted to know "Isn't that against company policy with Covid going around?".
Shes miserable and wants to make everyone miserable with her.

I had a female co-worker tell on me for letting a client use a bathroom in our building because we aren’t suppose to have public restrooms at the moment.
Like sure, some random slapdick doesn’t need to use it, but im not going to tell a dude about to purchase several thousand bucks of our product to frick off and use the port-a-John on the yard.
