Try Louisiana Gold & Coin on Sherwood. I've had good experiences there.

Sure. Send them my way and I'll let you know what they're worth.

Go see Saad at the shop in Citiplace.

Are you interested in selling to a person? I stack.

Try CoinSnap app on Apple Store. It's not exact but it will give you some idea as to value.

I'd be interested in picking up some coins for collecting but mostly investment.

Anyone have some recommendations?

I did get a $1 Polk coin the other day at the car wash instead of a quarter. That was cool surprise, but it isn't worth more than a buck.

Silver is undervalued vs gold right now. So I buy more silver. Someday I hope to exchange it for gold.

I buy American Silver Eagles, Silver Rounds, and 90% "Junk" Silver (pre-1965 quarters, 1/2 dollars, dimes, etc.)

Today's a good day to start looking at buying, market's been slammed.

I've been to the Sherwood store and it was fine. Also, Rich's on Monterrey looks pretty ugly but he had decent prices (low premium) on silver last year when I was buying more often.

It is a 1$ coin with James Polk on it. Hope that clears things up.
