Anyone with access to Youtube and the ability to follow directions can fix an iPhone. If you're talking about screen/LCD assembly replacement, it's incredibly simple on 3g/3gs and 5/5s models, and requires a little more patience and organization on the 4/4s.

I have a friend making a thousand a week buying/selling used phones. I am kinda handy so he asked me about fixing them and swapping good ESN parts into bad ESN phones. I am going to play with it to see if it is something I want to mess with.
