I take one hit of cannabis in the evenings. Not everyday but most days. Even when I was younger and cannabis wasn't as potent, I would only take 2-3 hits to get to where I wanted to be. Anything beyond that was a waste of the product. Really hard for me to believe that one little hit is THAT dangerous for my health. I exercise and eat pretty healthy so hopefully it mitigates things to where it's a push.

So what about candle smoke, fire pit smoke, bbq smoke and all other smokes. For thousands of years people ingested smoke without any correlation to heart disease.

(I am not saying smoking is good)

Yet mention the move from animal fat to seed oil and a correlation between that and diabetes and cardiovascular disease, cancer, digestive diseases etc, and that is conspiracy that pharma and big food ignore. (kind of like teh marketing of cigarets in the 30s-80s)

Are also growing their own and not adding anything to it. Similar to just plain tobacco being much different than what you find in manufactured cigarettes'.

Study on THC levels from 95-2014

Overall, the potency of illicit cannabis plant material has consistently risen over time since 1995 from approximately 4% in 1995 to approximately 12% in 2014. Your shite was still weak.

So is red meat consumption. Alcohol is a contributing factor in 20% of ALL deaths in the age group of 20-49. Hell, just walking outside and breathing the air in most of SE La. is linked to a dramatic increase in risk of cancer. Whats your point?

People need to take these studies seriously and abide by their recommendations. All you kids wanna do is smoke that horrible dope that’s killing you. Why can’t yall just drink a few glasses of that healthy straight whiskey every single night like I do?

Sometimes I smoke in the morning, sometimes I don't do it all day. I quit drinking alcohol due to gout. Day drinking is socially acceptable but day smoking is "pathetic". Gotcha. I'll do what I do and I don't bother anyone.

I don’t care when you smoke. The “all day” part bothered me. Because I’ve been there done that and was miserable. I have no issues with people that smoke during the day. Hell if I I have some free time and no responsibilities I’m blazing up too. But I don’t want you to be a lazy piece of shite that smokes weed all day and contributes nothing to society

Tobacco smoking is bad for your health.

Marijuana smoking is bad for your health.

What’s the difference between the two?

Smoking, vaping or eating marijuana is linked to a significantly higher risk of heart attack and stroke, even if a person had no existing heart conditions and did not smoke or vape tobacco, a new study found

Cannabis smoke is not all that different from tobacco smoke, except for the psychoactive drug: THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) vs. nicotine

Seems like it's not the smoke then if eating it also raises your risk....

Wait, what? This is based on a phone survey?

B/c they want to pretend "flower" is ok, and harmless.

Smoke all you want, I don't GAS.

But face the facts that you'll have lower testosterone, short-term memory issues, and increased weight gain while you "partake".
