Headlights on the floor.
Never seen headlights on the floor. I have one that has a dimmer switch on the floor though.

McElroy fathered more than 10 children with different women. He met his last wife, Trena McCloud (1957–2012), when she was 12 years old and in eighth grade. He raped McCloud repeatedly. The 12-year-old's parents initially opposed the relationship, but after McElroy burned their house down and shot the family dog, they relented and agreed to the marriage.[5] She became pregnant when she was fourteen, dropped out of school in the ninth grade, and went to live with McElroy and his second wife Alice. McElroy divorced Alice and married Trena in order to escape charges of statutory rape, to which she was the only witness. Sixteen days after Trena gave birth, both she and Alice fled to Trena's mother's and stepfather's house. According to court records, McElroy tracked them down and brought them back. He then returned to Trena's parents' home when they were away and, once again, shot the family dog and burned the house down.[6]
Damn.
Any law enforcement or prosecutor seriously investigating this should be ashamed of themselves.
Those town folks did the world a favor.

At the time, law enforcement apparently acted with all of the urgency of that crew down in Uvalde...

After the first time he burned my house and killed my dog I would have gone Chris Knight Down the River on him.
No screw that, when he basically kidnapped my daughter and raped her I would have.

On December 16, 2004, Skidmore was once again the focus of national attention when Bobbie Jo Stinnett, a cousin of Branson Perry, was murdered in her home located at 410 W. Elm Street. She had her unborn baby cut from her womb, which was found alive two days later in Topeka, Kansas, and delivered to the father by police. The killer, Lisa Montgomery, received a federal death sentence, and was executed early in the morning on January 13, 2021.
There's got to be something in the Skidmore water supply!

After reading this I think there's money to be made from this dead man.
Selling tours to the burial plot to piss on his grave.

So I bought the ebook “In Broad Daylight “ by Harry McClean after checking out this thread. Really well written true crime book. It is really two books where the second is a follow up he wrote in the 2000’s. Highly recommend if you are in to true crime.

We have 500 Navy SEALs on here but not one Skidmore resident born between 1960 and 1981?
I was there when it happened. Nick Saban pulled the trigger I swear.
