It's got the look of waking up in your hotel room with a massive hangover and you have a meeting in 15 minutes and you realized, "frick, I forgot my shirt, pants and shoes at home. I do have my sweats and coat though, frick it"

exactly what i am thinking.
Although in my experience the dixie fatties that try to dress up go for the southern marsh catalog look.
I could see some yankee pasta fats loving the drawstring.
I forget a something every time i travel for a wedding, so these would save me from having to pack a belt.

Sorta makes me wonder why this hasn’t caught on a long time ago. The belt is built in to the pants. It’s more functional, more comfortable.

The No belt no socks look is actually pretty cool, especially with a nice suit. Drawstring instead of a normal latch or button is weird though
