Dated a few, but they work their arse off on there feet all the time and at a busy bar barely have time to look up.
So when they get off work they want to take a bath and go directly to bed.
Makes for good morning sex but they are at work when you are off and weekends are their busy time so hard to get off for the weekend.
Hard to spend much time together.

Years ago ( 25 yrs) good looking woman. We dated about two months until I walked in on her getting pounded. It really wasn't that big of a deal because I knew going in that most( 90% I would guess) women bartenders are whores. I seen her a couple years ago about 100lbs heavier driving a beat up nova... glad that relationship went south quick

Then...reality hit. Their Fri and Sat nights are Mon and Tues. I would be hungover as shite or calling in sick to start almost every week. Then other nights, my phone would start blowing up around 1am to meet up for a drink or her wanting to come over.

It was great till she turned into an alchy.
She was a total smokeshow. About 5', 100 pound, brunette, former college cheerleader. We dated off and on for a couple months. Got serious for about 6 months. When we started talking really long term and co-habiting I guess the pressure got to be too much and she starting drinking a lot.
Well, one night she stayed to close up the bar at the really nice hotel she worked. A couple of her girl buddies came around to "chat" while she closed. Ended up about 5 girls total with an open bar drinking themselves blotto. Then the glass started breaking...next morning she was woken up lying in the floor of the bar along with 3 other girls. All were escorted out and fired in the parking lot. She had a $1500 bill from the bar too for damages and unaccounted liquor.
Decided she needed to go back to her parents for a few months to sober up/dry out, re prioritize her life. Hope that change of scenery helped her change her life. We ended amicably anyway.

Last I heard from her, about 1998, she was just outside Marland, OK at her parents. That'd make her 45?-46? now. If you're really sure you want a middle aged, known alchy, and at least former smoker, who was known to hit the powder and pills pretty hard too...
ETA: Her actual real 1st name, not Liz, on her adoption papers (not sure birth certificate, adopted out of Canada)Cinnamon. That's right, adoptive parents legally named her Cinnamon.

Problem i found in my younger years with this is that they get this unnecessary confidence from constantly getting hit on.
