I would also make sure you get a home sleep study to make sure you don’t have a little sleep apnea. Low T, daytime sleepiness, restless sleep can all be sleep apnea. I know you’re thin but it occurs in thin people too.

It’s used for narcolepsy. Wouldn’t use it for daytime fatigue alone.

That stuff was headache fuel for me and even if I took it early, it messed up my sleep. Everyone is different through, some people swear by it and you won't know until you try.

Get on a high dose of Gear. Not from your regular Doc, but from a "men's cliic." For sleep, have you tried weed or gummies? Hit the gym/track as hard as possible early in the day.

Is this slang?
And no I don’t really have the mind frame for weed products. I used to love it in my teens and 20s. But some kind of switch flipped around 30 and it made me feel like a walking panic attack. God knows what this new weapons grade weed would do to me

I like Modafinil. No jitters or the anxiety associated with ADHD meds, but can hyper focus if you have a 60-70 hour a week corporate job that demands performance. Docs usually prescribe it off label for that reason.
It was actually developed for ADHD early on but lawsuits made it shift towards treating narcolepsy.
For any of the critics here, if you ain’t cheating, you ain’t trying.

How many drinks do you have each night?

I take it daily. I am constantly swapping back and forth working days and nights.

Good info thanks. From what I can tell browsing the nets it’s seems a lot of people try and limit usage to several days a week for peak effectiveness. Do you find your system getting use to it or feeling like you need a higher mg?

Gear is slang to PEDs test, HGH, etc.
