I didn't even notice the pin stripe when I looted the picture. I went back and looked and it is a 1972 Olympic Sprint Edition. So the colors were USA-inspired. Useless fact I noticed: Detroit was the US bid city for the '72 Olympics. Munich won and we all know what happened there.

I member when you could buy a 1500 LT Z71 for 35K. Every option, leather, chrome trim on everything.

Bought a first gen raptor back in the day. Waited on the 6.2L half year release. Had almost everything for 42k. I remember looking at an LTZ and the raptor wasn't much more. Same price if you added one of those terrible rocky ridge lifts.
