Im not trolling, anyone that does calisthenics at home 30 minutes a day could so that shite other than the swim. They lowered the standard to let women in, which is retarded. If you aren't disabled and can't do that, you're pathetic

well there's different kinds of swimming - sprinting a 50 and swimming a 500 aren't the same things.

I've never done 500m for time. I've swam over 500m doing intervals though.

How would you fare with 2-3 months training?

I passed it in Navy boot camp many years ago. My eyesight is crap so it was never really an option. Just wanted to see if I could qualify.

Can easily do 20 pullups and 100 pushups. Easily. I bet I could do the 100 curlups, it's possible I'd run out of time around 90 though. My run time right now would probably be in the 9:45-10 range, but I don't run that much. In 6 weeks I could do it in closer to 9 minutes.

I’m just confident that you can’t do it. It’s funny watching you bloviate about it knowing that you ain’t have to back it up lol

This is where you're full of shite. In shape or not, if you're not a runner, you're probably not doing 1.5 miles in 9 minutes.

If it's like other similar tests you do it after they've already PTd you pretty hard, then you go from one evolution to the next without much rest.

And there are all kinds of tricks. For instance Ranger Instructors have been known to watch you do pullups and say "that one doesn't count. That one doesn't count."In other words, if they don't want you to pass, you won't pass.

No knowledge of how the SEALS run things, however.

At my absolute peak of running (which was 20 years ago and after a marathon I could run a 5 min mile - 1 mile. 1.5 at 6 min per mile - idk even at my peak. Now - I'd just injure myself trying.

I run like 3-7 miles a week as well as a shite ton of mono structural machine work like rowing and echo bike.

Yesterday I ran 1400m,1200m,800m intervals.

During Covid when the gym was closed I run running a ton and got my mile time down to 6:12 and could run over 8 miles in an hour. In like the 60 days the gyms were closed.

Running just blows, boring as frick
