We have 1 and will be adding more, especially as they expand the choices. These are great for items like TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc

I mean I'm a prime user, but I'm also a Costco member. When I need shitwipers all I gotta do is roll down to Costco and I'm covered for six or seven months.

My kid has some friends who love to play pranks. I wonder just how long it would take for them to order a bunch of crap I'd get in the mail. Bad idea for my house.

You get a notification on your phone. Not hard to stop an order

The only bad thing is it doesn't apply any coupons that may be available when you order that same item from the browser.

Same.

It's not that hard to put it in your cart and order it.

Is the person who makes a list and spends 40 minutes round trip on a visit to the store a harder worker than the person who punches a few dash buttons?

Um, I'd say there is more work involved. So yes.

yeah this wouldn't make it 10 minutes in my house. my little one has already figured out how to open the intermatic box by the pool and turn the pump on and off.

we'd have 400,000 boxes of tide heading our way.

Meh, I'd venture to guess the person that uses this does so because they don't have the free time to casually shop for toiletries. I don't think a dash button is indicative of a lazy person by any stretch.

I do Prime for some things, but not detergent.

Amazon Prime - Tide HE Original Scent 170 oz/110 load $38.70

Sam's - Tide HE Original Scent 225 oz/146 loads - $23.98

You say that like it's easier than pushing a button.

yeah i think the pricing on most of the household items are more on par with albertsons, winn-dixie,etc but do not compete with sam's or costco.

No I agree that the system works for most people. But I'll do things like break out the last roll of paper towels, and then when it's done, forget that I had used the last one. It's a me problem.
Wouldn't this prevent just that?

For sure. In the past i've definitely gone to do laundry and forgot i was out. Hasn't happened since i installed the button. Hell i usually go ahead and push it when there are like 10 pods left in the bucket.

Ahhh, my bad. I think I was mixing up posts from previous posters and didn't think you thought it was a helpful idea.

Carry on.
