Nothing would surprise with a Muslim woman. Many muslim women can push hate as much if not more than the men, and those are usually very bitter and petty in a passive-aggressive way like you described.

Not sure relative has much of a lawsuit based on hate or discrimination but more likely a complaint based specifically on poor care. If you can find some evidence of them directing hate towards jews and/or showing disdain or neglect towards them or someone that could be mistaken for a jew while in their care then I could also see them thinking your relative was just another “lying dirty filthy jew” in their mind trying to hide his Jewishness from them.

Filing a complaint may help if they have done similar to others, but I would leave all religion out of it as some woke Karen in HR will immediately dismiss it as hate against the muslims. Maybe just include that the specific bad actions were surprising because initially they seemed very interested in getting to know about relative including asking him the story behind his last name of ***** without mentioning any thing about a religion. If they are hateful and do similar to others hopefully just throwing in the asking about his last name and the last name will help raise another red flag to someone.

What can they do? Doctors don't manage nurses. They could pass the word to the unit manager but how many doctors are around long enough to see nursing management? Even if they do, it's so much bullshite to deal with in nursing that this type of story wouldn't even make a blurb on the radar.

For many in the US it’s the getting away with it that was key in the past, and now that is a little concerning in this current climate with them feeling more empowered by the left to show their hate.

Growing up I knew several arab immigrants and a few others here on a student visa from several different middle eastern countries, and they fit the smile to your face in public especially for business while quickly shifting to the behind closed doors of a mosque there are no moderate muslims even if for some it was mostly all talk and when in the group (but not all).
