As another poster said, maybe by voice. But the visual image of her is almost perfectly shy of verifiable.

Did you see the interview with her mom....
Also, there is apparently an actress, who denies it was her, and it looks very similar to her and they types of movies she acts in.
ETA: That video looks like it was filmed in the early 90's. I would hope I would be able to tell, but also emotions and other things would impact my judgement.

It sounds like the mom does think it's her, but at this point she may just be hoping for any sign pointing to the possibility that she is still alive.

I think just the opposite. She appears to fear the worst. Parents hopes would be runaway or something like that.
