Kinda wonder if these people could actually tell me what they are mad at or do they just want to be a part of something.
The people I'm guessing are protesting trump, but seem to be at war with the police. The one guy yelling you do nothing but ruin everything was funny

Your response to videos of crowds of unruly shitheads going nuts is, "oh look, both sides are horrible." One side isn't even on the same planet as the other, yet you and others try to blur the line between the two. To anyone with eyes, that's ridiculous. That's seriously shite that 5th graders do. One side is losing their minds, you think the other side is stupid rednecks and don't like them, so you dishonestly compare them to make em seem equal. That makes you look stupid.
Very well said and i'd love to see him or anyone for that matter refute or debate what you said.

I find a lot of similarities between Obama voters and Trump voters. People are voting for a symbol, politics be damned.
Sick of corporate and personal level welfare.

And, let me just say that idealists are a very odd but dangerous group. They believe in the ideals and want them no matter the cost. If you can't fit a square peg into a round hole, then you grab a saw.

There will be some other people on the ballots. If more and more people vote third party then we will see some real change in this country.

I think Trump has run a very polarizing campaign thus far because that is what was necessary to have a chance at the nomination (which now looks likely).
I think you will see Trump run a much more moderate campaign in the general election because that is what he has to do if he wants to win. Will it be too late by that point? Idk. He may have already turned too many people off.
FYI, this exact strategy cost the last two Republican candidates their respective elections. Instead of building a winnable platform, the Republicans spend the primaries outdo one another to try and appeal to the radical base.
By the time the general election campaigning started, they had alienated the moderate independents.
Trump frightens me because there's no guarantee as to what he'll ultimately be. The other candidates have voting records that offer insight as to who they are. He can pick carte blanche what he wants his position to be.
But this election in general is unappealing to me. I don't think Sanders has a realistic platform, and is way to far to the left for most people. And some people have spent 25 years hating Clinton.

serious question. What did he say or do to make blacks hate him?

I agree with all of this. The Republican Party is in such flux right now that this is what it takes to win the republican nomination. There were plenty of legitimate republican candidates that were all over the map to start the primaries. There's really only been 1 democratic candidate. Because of that, Hillary can run a primary campaign that is tailored to get votes for the general election. The republicans can't. That's why I think you'll see Trump change his tune come the general election.

but it's amazing how quickly the left can make anyone who doesn't agree with them into an "evil" racist bigot. Being against illegal immigration is racist against Mexicans. Being a republican in general is racist towards blacks.
Because they aren't intelligent enough to express themselves in any other way other then violence and calling the other side racist. Its all they can come up with and there is no having a normal conversation or debate with them.

This is the downside of Trump as the Republican nominee.

Meh. Not a very big deal. Trump doesn't frighten me. People being scared of Trump are just like the voters of the right who were afraid Obama was going to enact Sharia law here in the U.S. As much as it pains to say it, it's just the Presidency. You can worry about his potential foreign policy platform, but that goes with any candidate. Domestic issues are just as pressing as foreign policy issues, and you can look to Congress to frick that up some more, not Trump.

Bill de Blasio is probably helping them organize the protests. And telling the police commissioner to leave them alone on the other side of it.

A good part of Trump popularity is anti PC backlash. the whole social justice platform has gone batshit crazy and is turning off people. The anti PC language of Trump is a large part of the attraction.

not really. Romney won independents by a large margin.
The issue was there were more democrats + independent leaning democrats than there were republicans + conservative independents.
republicans are losing the growing demographics - mainly brown people. They also lose women.

its obviously not that big of a backlash though, since he isn't winning majorities in primaries (at least consistently).

It's pretty big to get a guy like Trump pushing for the lead and people crossing over parties to vote for him.

True. Like I said earlier it's intellectual dishonesty at best, intellectually challenged more than likely

It's pretty big to get a guy like Drumpf pushing for the lead and people crossing over parties to vote for him.
Also, I was under the impression that Trump was only gaining somewhere between 35-40% of the GOP Base. I could be wrong. But primary season can we a bit misleading.
