Many of them are paid protestors. Over/under that its cash and they don't report it as income?

Yeah, Moveon and other left wing groups are recruiting the college here pretty hard. They do pay more than McDonalds entry level employment.

I do think the fact that he speaks in hyperboles is one of the main reasons his supports love him so much. He talks a lot without actually saying anything.

Definitely. Think about this for a second - there are a large portion of people who honestly think we're going to build a wall on our southern border.

Not only that, many of these same people think Mexico has a wall on its border with Guatemala because of a Facebook meme they saw, when in actuality, that is a wall between parts of Mexico and Arizona.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - Trump reminds me of the jock who runs for senior class president. He gets up during the debate and promises he'll cut the school day in half and the water fountains will be filled with chocolate milk and wins in a landslide. This cycle has proven the masses on both sides of the aisle are simply ignorant. Unfortunately for America, even the idiots get to vote.

What if people protested the right to protest?

Like the late Mitch Hedberg once said, "I'm against picketing, but I don't know how to show it."

It's pretty big to get a guy like Trump pushing for the lead and people crossing over parties to vote for him.

40% of 28% is what 11% of the population.

Its not nothing, but its not a crushing movement.

I think the immigration schtick is a big part of it. yeah the anti PC angle plays into it, but immigration gets people worked up pretty hard on both sides.

Where are people getting statistics that people are crossing party lines to vote for Trump?

IDK statistics but I saw 2 black women the other day on TV who have switched political parties to support trump.

It wasn't my post, but I'm pretty sure his point is that both sides of the aisle are stuck in their political rhetoric and refuse to budge because they'll lose the support of their mostly-ignorant base.

Think about how many representatives and senators have run on the platform of "I'm not Obama" and won handily across this country. Jeff Landry is a great example in LA. He won the representative race in 2010 running almost exclusively on the idea that he'll stop any and every idea proposed by Obama/Democrats. Perhaps I'm naïve, but I'd prefer my political representatives to word towards progress in some form or fashion. Congress has done the exact opposite of that and it is largely due to the inflammatory rhetoric from both sides. Bipartisan actions get you removed from office. It is a shame things have come to this.

These anti-trump people should learn to be tolerant of other people's beliefs.
