I'm an atheist? What? Ha. I'd say I'm borderline agnostic at this point in my life but I went to 13 years of Catholic school and go to church with my parents on occasion because it makes them happy. I enjoy parts of the faith and hold no ill will. I just do not necessarily believe in any of it.

People who do not understand very basic science or outright deny it shouldn't be teaching youths. (I will concede that if someone is teaching history and doesn't let their personal convictions interrupt their teaching, I'm sure that's fine. If the curriculum calls for them to teach Charles Darwin in history, they should not interject their personal philosophies)

You do realize that it is highly highly likely that you know many many atheists and agnostics of all backgrounds that just don't share it with you, right?

Statistically speaking, atheists they make up around 2-3% of the US population.. so probably not.

Atheism is a totally different ballgame. As I said earlier, atheists are one extreme end of the spectrum. I feel the same way about crazy religious cults, etc..

Its unlikely this is accurate for a variety of reasons.
But unless you live in a really small town, it is likely true.
You weirdos have some strange thoughts on what it actually entails to be an atheist or agnostic.

I haven't done this for six pages just for my own good (although it has helped me in my studies). I do things like this so that people might at least get curious about finding out what Christianity actually is rather than what they think it is.
I've yet to meet an atheist (or if you insist on using "agnostic") that has possessed an understanding of Christianity. This includes apostates.
