Do you know why? You can thank Obama fuel regulations! Bigger vehicles have to be made to meet the regulations!

No way. The top trim camery can’t carry a paper weight to bottom line ES.

Base ES trim is primo compared to an overtrimed Camry that doesn’t carry a badge/prestige.

With so many dumbasses on the road now, ill never go back from SUV. Being higher adds just enough feeling of awareness, and its 10x easier getting in and out of.

Never thought id buy one until they didnt have any gt line k5s and test drove a loaded sportage.

Keep in mind where trucks and SUVs have modest increases in survivability over some cars they have some weaknesses on the active safety side. Cars in general handle better, have lower COGs so less likely to roll and accelerate and stop faster. The most survivable accident is the one you avoid to begin with. IME there are very few situations where a car reduces my awareness due to height.

This one hurts. The LC will be gone soon, too.

No, that's the ES (which it was), but it's now a glorified Avalon.

The LS was a special car.

I understand that the ES will be a bit larger. Prolly no reason to have both.

The 460 started the demise. The 500 finished it. The seventh generation ES also contributed to the death of the LS.

My coworker just got a new TX and I have to say that is a nice vehicle.

I had never heard of it.

Except for the front end…I like it.

Cadillac CT5-V vibes.
