Yeah because plank.road is so nicer than any area in St George. I mean it's so apparently clear all the money is being spent in North BR.......another senseless statement with ZERO backing. St George will owe BR city and Parish $150 million in legacy cost if passed. If you take north BR and annex it into a city how much do you think they'd owe.......so your money isn't being siphoned away.
