How do drug companies justify these high prices, then offer their own "savings card" to sell it for $5?

Because they’re still getting the insurance portion of the price in addition to your $5. Im guessing but maybe that’s enough to break even for them.
If they didn’t do this, you might decide to do without and they don’t make anything off that rx.

I don’t take prescription drugs and 90% of people that do shouldn’t either.

Just do deadlifts and you won’t need medicine

He’s a troll but he’s actually right here. Genetic deformities are not that common. Almost all current day chronic medical problems are due to lifestyle factors

Good RX
Just came to post this.
SMALL local pharmacy where I live somehow has Rx prices that compete with or beat the large chains (Walmart, Savon, Kroger, etc). I offered a GoodRx discount when I first started using them and the pharmacist looked at it and said, "we can beat that". Been using them ever since, AND, usually in and out in 5 minutes.

Good for you. BCBS of LA or Anthem I believe has required us now to go to CVS for highest payment.

I have a maintenance med that I get thru ExpressScripts 90 day mail in...other than that it's the friendly neighborhood Rx.
