Ok br, I think I might have a solution.
Seeing as how it's October, why not just embrace this whole murder thing? Instead of paying these detectives and other cops overtime to investigate all these murderers, just say it's a super sneaky spooky serial killer. Y'all could give tours like Jack the ripper in London. Think of the tourist dollars!!! You could afford so many special councils on shite.
Y'all need to quit whining about the crime and start embracing the opportunities.

I don't know the victim, but I know a family member who is good as gold. If anyone hears anything about this, please call in a tip. It's very frustrating for them to not have answers.
