I went to their practice today and it was great! I am sure Friday and Saturday will be even better.
Might I suggest for those of you staying east of Pensacola to take the bridge from Navarre to Navarre Beach then taking Hwy 399 towards Pensacola Beach. Today it took well over an hour to cross over the Pensacola bridges.

Thread got me thinking: Would you rather be part of the D Day at landing at Normandy, or try to fly 25 missions in B17 over Europe?
I guess I would go for D Day

I find the history of the 8th fascinating since I have family ties. The American Air Museum in England has a good database of crews,planes,missions,etc.

Pre-internet this would not have happened. Back then even those rewarded small contracts would have had resemblances to Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, and Linda Evangelista. This is one of those connections/influencers contracts.

I am not familiar with how generous legacy scholarship used to be, but I have a family member who was just awarded this. He's out-of-state but was awarded in-state full tuition. It combined legacy, other scholarships, and TOPS.

I do not have a facebook account, but have my text messages "liked" sometimes by some of my contacts. It ticks me off when I think I am responding to only them and they "like" my response. It just means I must be connected to Facebook somehow.
