I think Your point is stronger in the Michelle Carter case ... In this case if I read the article right she was present when he jumped ... Plus the level of text is massive ... I'm sure the content of those text will be revealing .... But if I read it right the authorities implied that a large sample of those thousands upon thousands of text were abusive ... Plus if she was present then the question is did she call for help ... And blah blah blah ... She ia back in south korea ... So did she run ..., this seems way different than the carter case which I feel less strongly about her conviction
