Another Gen Z work question thread (btw I’m fine with lights off/natural light)

The Gen Z kids I work with think it’s appropriate to walk around the office with their little star pimple stickers on their face.

I’m Gen X and never in my working life would I have thought wearing something like that in the office would be appropriate.

Never seen or heard of this in my life, but if someone wants to wear what is essentially a band aid on their face WGAS? Unless they're in a public facing role.

I'm mid-30s and we have some younger folks who wear business casual attire with shirts untucked. Think slacks and a polo, but the polo untucked... drives me insane. Also, hate tennis shoes with slacks. I must be getting old.

Im 45 and don’t work in an office. If I did, an untucked polo shirt with slacks and tennis shoes sounds like a dress code I’d enjoy. frick a tucked in shirt for no reason.

Pay me suit money and I’ll gladly wear a suit everyday, until then, $22 an hour gets you slacks, onclouds and a untucked polo. I see grown arse men wear seaform magellen shirts to church and fine dining resturants. If women don’t have to tuck in their shirts, why should I? I’d love to hear HR’s rebuttal.

I would say the large majority do not tuck in their polo shirts anymore. That's generally for people that are pushing almost 60 now.
Jeans, polo, tennis shoes is pretty acceptable these days

Gen Z here I think they look retarded whether you’re in public or not. Legitimately draws more attention to your face than just having acne and it looks stupid to boot

A tucked in Polo screams old man with jorts and tube socks to me. If I’m going to have to tuck it in I’ll be wearing a dress shirt, otherwise nah
