re: Another day, another murderous cop let off the hook

The officer may be a jerk but he was VERY CLEAR what not to do. The idiot reached in his back. I don't know about yall but I want to go home every night to my family and if I think that idiot is going to shoot me (which report was there was a gun pointing out of window) I'm going to shoot him before he kills me. This cop went home when he could've been shot. They are trained that way for a reason, bc every idiot thinks they don't have to listen. Don't point guns out of windows, listen to cops, you'll be fine. Sad day

still don't understand why they didn't approach him and cuff him.
Because they were never trained how to handle that situation. Maybe they learned about it in classroom but they were never trained.
The guy was on the force less than 2 years. That's barely enough time to even grasp how to be a beat cop in the daytime much less handle a swat situation with an AR15.

He was a kid that had been a cop less than 2 years and the department suited him up in tactical gear and gave him an AR15 and improper and negligent training and them just set him loose on the public.

I hope you have kids and they are murdered on video

If a cop tells you to do something and you just lie still and they shoot you, that is murder. PERIOD
That's exactly what the cops told the kid would happen if he just laid still. They'd shoot him.

No one would reasonably fear a person who was laying still doing nothing.
No one would reasonably fear a man crying and begging for his life while obeying your commands to slowly crawl toward you.
frick you.

Again IF the cop can reasonably say he feared for his safety , the shooting is justified

Calling it murder after the verdict is just retarded.

And you're a fricking idiot who wouldn't lat one day as a cop. Pussy boy with the tough talk.
There are PROCEDURES to follow for the safety of everyone. Those procedures are pointing your weapon at people and giving them verbal commands to affect an arrest rather than running up on someone like Chuck Norris and taking them down to the ground to arrest them.

Yes. It does. That department should not be off the hook for this. The entire management section should be fired and banned from law enforcement and the department should he retrained and reevaluated from the bottom up.

If a cop tells you to do something and you just lie still and they shoot you, that is murder. PERIOD In order for the shooting to be in any way justified the cop has to have a REASONABLE fear for his safety or the safety of others. No one would reasonably fear a person who was laying still doing nothing.
So if it is reasonable to think a man lying motionless is not a threat, why did the cop insist on him not doing that. He forced him at gunpoint to move

did the cop know who pointed the gun out of the window? ... 'could've been shot' is about as certain as you or me could've been hit by an asteroid ...
simple fact: some cops like handling guns and using them in situations that do not warrant it because they like to be the badass cop ... this nutjob is one of those cops ...

Yeah, they botched that one. These guys were in the wrong profession.

And that right there is the problem with some cops. They love putting on the badge and vest but have no appreciation for the level of danger that SHOULD be part of their job. Sorry but this murderous piece of shite in the video is no different.

GeauxxxxTigers23 would beat the shite out of you, after lasting more than one day as a cop
