Last year a guy got arrested for walking buy a window naked while people were in the yard across the street from his house. A woman can't get the same charge?

This is obviously where she went wrong.

Cops can't just barge into your home because they want to.

article states the cops were investigating a domestic disturbance complaint from the woman's ex-husband. It seems she argued with him earlier that day.

Look, you can't expect to say I'm going get a cell phone and then close your door in a cop's face and expect them to not be suspicious.

Hey, I'm not saying this guy is right...he's a pretty big dick for doing this. But honestly, just comply. That's all you have to do.

She wasn't naked until the cop grabbed her.

If she was doing something illegal why was she "unarrested?"

I'm interested in what all the geniuses in this thread have determined her to be guilty of.

That's gotta be more than a year ago but the charges were dropped.

You mean the article where the cop's own department ruled he entered her home illegally?

He retired with a pension during his investigation. This is going to pay about 3-4 million when the city settles.

She looked like a spinner in the video when the cop was pushing her around. In the later videos she has a big moon face and is fat. Did the trauma cause binges?

The other officer on the clip, David Selvidge, went to his supervisor to note concerns about Rose’s actions. Selvidge’s body camera recorded the incident and he’s been cleared of wrongdoing, KNXV said.

I'd hate to be Selvidge's next partner on patrol.

From those pictures, she was clearly trying to bribe an officer with sex, which is a crime. Why else would she have come to the door with no clothes and just a towel that kept "falling off."

She's lucky they didn't charge her.

Did you miss this part of the article?

quote:

An internal investigation by police in Chandler, Arizona, found that arresting Officer Doug Rose entered Esmeralda Rossi’s home illegally on March 25

You do know what the word "illegally" means, right?

No I mean the article that describes a cop barging into someone's home. He sounded pretty capable and willing.

The department ruled he was in the wrong

She wasnt charged with a crime

Do you want the cop mudchecked or something?

So he did in fact barge into her home because he wanted to.
