Another cop on a power trip

I was reading about this yesterday.

If she was doing something illegal, why did they determine the cop was in her home illegally? As for indecent exposure she was in her own home covered up with a towel until the cop Kaye's his hands on her.

Well if she wasn't doing anything illegal, then why were the cops there? Ever think of that tough guy?
And there's no law that says you can be naked whenever you want just because you live somewhere.
