Tell you what, those VIP passes where you’re not only allowed the staging lanes but can just sit in the VIP tent and watch staging… WORTH IT.

Catered like 4 meals per day, special access to the stage, you can be on tv!! Lol.

Hit up Spiga Cucina.

Excellent wine list, great food.

Tell 'em you know the couple with the dog and the Targa.

Those of you that are regulars to B-J & Junkyard Gold tv series will remember car guru Steve Magnante who battled a serious case of encephalitis will be happy to know he is out of the hospital and has some new vids on YouTube. He fought a tough battle with it. He is a walking encyclopedia of car facts and trivia. On my list of car guys I want to have dinner and drinks with.

I can’t believe some of the money these cars are bringing, especially some of these restomods. These were like $150,000-$200,000 cars not long ago and several have brought insane money. They had a GT500 recreation, not even a real one, with a Coyote 5.0 engine go for $500,000. I caught the tail of it but pretty sure a restomod Nova sold for $700,000.

The restomods are very cool and most could be a daily driver if you wanted them to be. They’re slowly outgrowing true original vehicles in popularity it seems, if not more popularity already. There have been some great vehicles cross the stage today and works of art that were steals at their auction price.

While numbers matching cars still have their place for collectors, these resto’s have surpassed a lot of them in value.
Crazy money changing hands again this year.

Steve is great and seems like a really nice guy. He’s had a very difficult recovery. I believe he had to sell his house and his cars to cover his medical bills. Mike Joy did say that the hope is that Steve will be back for Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach in April.

I hope he is able to come back as well. In his new vids, you can tell that disease took on toll on his body.

I don’t know how the bidding went the last few days, but sales today have made a lot sellers happy.

Good Lord, the bidding on that bronco is nuts.

The restomod deal is the biggest shocker to me.

Never thought I'd see that...

Sometimes I think they go a little too far, but I can’t fault the workmanship and detail they put into it.
