Annoying/Harassing Texts - How do you respond?

Anyone ever had this happen to them or someone they know before? You don't recognize the number and it's out of state. This is your work cell. This isn't some spam text advertising for a website or prize money. It's a person who won't stop texting.
I have two questions. Aside from having my cell company block the #:
1.) WWTOTD?
2.) WWTOT1%D?
Oh and obviously this isn't for me/Asking for a friend.

I would first tell them they have the wrong #.
Then I would just ignore them because like trolls here, they are just seeking a response and will get hired and move in if their actions don't get them the attention they are seeking.
If I was just bored and wanted to frick with them I would post the # online* and let the people wherever you post the # do work.
*I would never suggest posting the # on TD. I wouldn't want to instigate anything. That's just not me. Nope.
