She was clearly under the influence.
A normal person could never get away with what she did without jail time. I wonder if she gets the special treatment they gave Baldwin, Jenner, or Bieber.
You can see what looks like a vodka bottle in the cup holder in the picture from the first crash. She drove away after this picture was taken and crashed into a house.
Looks a lot like this bottle. Hard to tell.
