I sat on a Georgia jury which dismissed charges in a similar case but that was almost 10 years ago. Who knows what happens today.

when I was 14ish, a female friend of mine was dating a 21 year old. that dude was a complete douche, and was straight up using her. that being said, she (like many 8th grade girls) had severe self esteem issues and he fulfilled her needs emotionally, or so she thought.
