I'm not going to lay on you because I got drunk and got in a fight for no reason at all just a month ago, but I was never ever angry during the ordeal.
Sounds like you honestly have a problem. Go get help.
But I bet your baws on the OT can help.
What you think is the underlying problem?
You have any other issues going on in your life that have you with a short fuse?
I'm here for you Baw
If you need to just go braw one out one evening, im game I suppose. We can shake hands after. I couldn't tell you how many friends I've gotten up after a brawl with and hugged it out to have never been mentioned again
I'm a smaller fella but I got aome decent little hands I guess. I'm no arse kicker but I can surprise a few as well

quote:Yes, I have actually been diagnosed with impulse aggression
Anyone here ever deal with that?

Managing anger is just coded talk for letting people walk all over you. Be a man and stand up for yourself, pussy.

Thank you. I put some extra mustard on it...that should cancel any bad stuff, right? IDK about the stuff.

If i lived in NYC I'd probably have anger issues as well.

You'd be fine, Roger. You seem to have it together. When I retire, I may head up to Alaska.

I got the report from the Dr and was thinking, "No shite Sherlock". Another doc also said I have something like intermittent explosive disorder. Can't remember the terminology because it was a long time ago.
I'm completely chill with almost no emotions. About 0.0001 seconds, SHTF. What do I do about it? Nothing. It's how I am naturally. You can't change your immediate response to things

Admitting you have a problem is most of the battle. Go see a therapist.

2 anger outbursts in 2 years? You're clearly out of control and should be hospitalized.

Adult outbursts of anger are similar to the temper tantrums we see in very young children. At some critical point in your upbringing you weren't given proper consequences for this repulsive behavior. I deal with these types of children and adults frequently at work and have learned skills to calm them down. It is probably not too late for you, get a good book on it before you pay a therapist.

I actually did most of my dumbest shite in my 30s. Most of it was situational and divorce enduced anger and massive lifestyle changes. Still though...
I find that in my mid 40s I have suffered enough real defeat to have been humbled.

Awful young to not know how old you are. I would be more concerned about your memory issues.

On Super Bowl Sunday this year, an old man in a Camaro said I cut him off (I didn't) and when I told him to leave me alone he flipped out and told me to pull over so we could fight. Then he kept saying, "Pull it out, motherfricker! Pull it out!"
How do you respond to that? I told him he needed help and leave me alone. I just don't understand how people can get so angry to the point where you want to fight a complete stranger.

I haven't helped. I argued with you for 3 pages a month ago with an alter on the Rant about coach O being a good hire.
