We did it.

If my 300lb was could do it, a 15 year old black kid can. Gonna guess undiagnosed health issue.

In the Army they literally force you to drink nonstop—this is on Sand Hill in Georgia during the summer. Having “water breaks” here and there is fricking dumb. Let them have water constantly.

School started at the end of August when I was in HS. We had August two a days, one water break each session

That is about what we had and it was from a pvc pipe about 30' long zip tied to the fence with holes drilled in it. I remember getting ice one time. That wouldn't fly today.

If They show a lack of water, the coaches need to burn.

One of the underrated joys in life was a two-a-day getting canceled due to bad weather

My most fun time was fricking all the football players girlfriends while they ran around in the heat of the summer all day.

Right there with you man.

My favorite was chugging the canteen of water before lights out then turning it upside down over your head. There was always one dumbass every night who ended up pouring water all over himself, which of course ended well for all of us.

That's fricking stupid. Indoor sports during the hot arse summer/fall. Plus baseball. It's a stupid sport anyways.

Spring time Outdoor sports.

This shouldn't be there difficult to understand.

In the North they can reverse it. Or do whatever they want. IDGAF.

You're being quite obtuse about this, & seem to be making an irrational emotional response. Here's some quick facts via google:

2017 - 13 reported football related deaths
brain injury - 3
spinal/nerve injury - 1
cardiac arrest - 5
heat stroke - 3
subarachnoid hemorrhage - 1

Total football players nationwide (2012 study) - 1.1 million (rounded)

2017
Total Deaths: 13/1.1 million = .00001% fatalities
heat stroke: 3/1.1 million = .000002% fatalities

Changing practice policies will not protect against freak accidents.

In a 2012 study, the NCAA estimated there were around 1.1 million high school football players and nearly 70,000 college football players in the United States; in comparison, the second-most played sport, basketball, had around 1 million participants in high school and 34,000 in college.

Water?

The other team was going to want water in the 4th quarter. We learned to do without.
