YES PLEASE!!!!! Everyone who is interested in making America Great again because it ain't great NOW should be encouraged to apply post haste for relocation at out expense in exchange for their renouncement of their citizenship. They would be welcomed with open arms in Russia and Turkey....
If on the other hand you are of the opinion that America is pretty great now and only going to be GREATER in the future you are welcome to stay....

WTF did she expect with most of Africa being a 3rd World Country at best.
Hell, many of the people there are still living in thatched huts with dirt floors, cooking their meager amounts of food over fires made with dried animal dung and drinking water from sources polluted with animal waste.
There are modern cities, but many of them are far overcrowded with little infrastructure to keep them going as far as basic services we in the States take for granted.
Maybe she didn't take note of all the so-called Hollywood celebrities who swore they would leave the U.S. if Trump was elected--------STILL being here with no real plans to go anywhere.

I had a black boss from Nigeria for my second job, and the dude wanted me to put check marks on applications put in by American blacks. Of course I didn't do it and told my other boss what was going on, but it blew my mind how much he hated American blacks.

The few times I’ve worked with Black people from Africa I found that they are very nice, very respectful, intelligent, mostly religious and hard working.
One guy I worked with didn’t really dislike American Blacks, but he couldn’t understand why they bitched and complained about America so much and didn’t appreciate their freedoms.
